I’m Mariza. I’ve been told I look good in hats. I’ve been on the internet in several incarnations, none of which you’ve heard of and the latest of which is Marizateria (mariza + bacteria or cafeteria).
I blog about art journaling, book art and altered books, general creativity and whatever else I feel like. I don’t consider myself an artiste but I do enjoy talking a big game.
This one time I took Drawing 101 in college which didn’t really stick, and other than that I am self-taught (which maybe isn’t something I should brag about). I taught myself bookbinding from many books and web design from many tutorials (and hours of trial and error). This Marizateria design features bits of my own journal pages. So meta!!
