I am trying to think of a monthly project – as opposed to writing or taking a photo every day, I want to do something every month. But since I have a whole month, I want it to be a little more in-depth than just taking a photo or something. Now that I have a little video camera I was thinking I would make monthly video…journal…entries (since I was interested in trying that out) but I have no idea if that will work. What are some other projects that would be good in a set of 12??

What about altered board books? Make them mini art journals on a specific topic, maybe?
P.S. The Lisa Frank stickers I got at Target were one sheet of larger ones and one sheet of tiny ones, but I’ve used the tiny ones a LOT more, lots of them are stars and hearts that make good accents.

that is a great idea! I was thinking something small but somewhat substantial, and I think that fits the bill. I like the idea of a monthly theme – if I can’t think of a good one I can always just do a book about that month… hm… thanks!
omg I wish I hadn’t passed up on those stickers now! when I was little I actually wrote a letter to Lisa Frank and suggested they make a big rainbow snake. I got a form letter saying they’d consider it and it was the happiest day of my life.
Seriously, get thee to Target! I bought them less than 2 weeks ago, in the “$1 Spot” I think. I’m even considering going back for another package.
You should totally do a board book about Lisa Frank.
