I told my now-BF that Paper Moon is the physical manifestation of my secret personality. He still wanted to date me, which I found kind of surprising.

I find that the “weirder” I become, the happier I become (I have to put “weird” in quotes because it’s relative). By the same token, I don’t want to become an eccentric cat lady just because it comes with the territory (especially since I don’t like cats). I’m just trying to do what I want because I want to – not to fit into any particular category. I say “trying” because wanting to fit in is a very deeply ingrained habit.
